Terrie is the owner of That Hair Place and a seasoned veteran of the hair industry. She takes great pride in creating a culture of education and mutual respect among her team. Her focus is on developing strong relationships with both her employees and clients, and she is committed to bringing out the best in everyone she works with. To achieve this, Terrie prioritizes open communication and collaboration, ensuring that she fully understands each person's unique needs and goals.

In addition to her four decades of experience in the hair industry, Terrie has completed extensive training through Empowering You Consulting to further develop her leadership and business skills. She remains deeply committed to ongoing education and continually strives to expand her knowledge and skillset. Terrie has received advanced training in Hair Coloring and Cutting Techniques, and holds Certifications in a range of specialized services including Brazilian Blowouts, Keratin Smoothing Treatments, Hot Head Extensions, Balayage, and Beach Waves.

Terrie's love for people and passison for her work shines through in everything she does. She values the relationships she has built with her clients and colleagues, appreciating the meaningful conversations she shares with them. Outside of work, Terrie enjoys spending time with family and friends and finding ways to make a positive impact on the world. Helping people is a core value for her, and she finds fulfillment in reminding others of their worth and watching them reach their full potential.

kristen Corbishley

stylist

Kristen has been a dedicated stylist since 2018 and has been part of the That Hair Place team since 2019. Specializing in blonding, balayage, and reverse balayage services, Kristen is passionate about creating personalized hair experiences that match her clients' individual needs and preferences. Her training includes certifications in Keratin and Brazilian Blowout services, which complement her focus on delivering high-quality, tailored results.

From a young age, Kristen was drawn to the art of hair and makeup, and after exploring college, she knew her true path was in the beauty industry. Her passion for hairstyling drives her to stay current with the latest trends and to continuously grow her skill set. Kristen is known for her ability to form genuine connections with her clients, providing an open, trustworthy environment where their needs are heard and respected. She encourages clients to speak freely about their desires, ensuring that every session is a positive and collaborative experience.

Outside of the salon, Kristen enjoys spending time with her husband, Joe, whom she married in September 2024, and their two dogs. Together, they have traveled to places like the Bahamas, Mexico, Honduras, and Aruba, and they are excited to continue exploring the world. Kristen’s love for travel and adventure is matched by her drive to continuously improve as a stylist, particularly in advanced techniques like foiling and balayage. For her, being a stylist isn’t just about hair—it’s about connecting with people, building trust, and helping them feel confident and beautiful.

Julia Rheinwald

Stylist

Julia has been in the beauty industry for two years, specializing in highlighting and hair cutting. As a Brazilian Blowout Specialist, she has a passion for creating stunning hair transformations. Julia excels in the trending butterfly and shag haircutting styles and enjoys bringing her creative visions to life with vivid color techniques.

Driven by the opportunity to change people's lives and perceptions of themselves, Julia believes that hairstyling has the power to make people feel confident and beautiful, which motivates her every day. Her attention to detail and calm, focused demeanor allow her to get into "the zone" while working, ensuring that each client receives the best care possible.

Clients can expect a personalized experience in Julia's chair, where comfort and trust are key. She fosters open communication, making sure her clients feel heard and understood. Julia is dedicated to providing cuts and colors that not only make her clients feel great about themselves but also simplify their daily hair routine. She believes in guiding clients toward realistic hair goals, always being honest about what can be achieved.

Outside of the salon, Julia enjoys working on cars, attending car shows, and relaxing at home with her dog, Millie. She loves spending time outdoors, especially kayaking and enjoying outdoor cooking with friends and family. Fall is her favorite season, filled with cozy vibes, pumpkin-scented candles, and warm outfits.

Julia is excited about her continued growth as a stylist. She has already learned so much during her two years at That Hair Place and looks forward to further developing her skills. Julia embraces the challenges that come with this profession, knowing they are part of the journey toward becoming an even better stylist. She remains committed to ongoing learning and growth, always eager to expand her expertise wherever possible

Yacenia sabari

Associate stylist

Yacenia began her journey in the beauty industry in 2023 after graduating from cosmetology school. Since May, she has been growing her skills as an associate stylist, fully immersing herself in hands-on learning to prepare for an independent career. Certified in Brazilian Blowouts, Yacenia loves working with long hair, highlighting, coloring, and creating beautiful blowouts. She is also passionate about natural textured hair care and is dedicated to continuously expanding her knowledge and skills to better serve all her clients.

Passionate about capturing the beauty in every individual, Yacenia believes in the impact that hairstyling can have on her clients' confidence. When a client sits in her chair, she focuses on making them feel comfortable and building trust through open communication. Her friendly, hardworking, and outgoing personality, with a hint of goofiness, ensures every appointment is welcoming and enjoyable.

For Yacenia, hairstyling is about more than just technique—it’s about making meaningful connections and empowering clients to feel their best. She finds daily inspiration in the determination and passion of her fellow stylists and sets personal goals to achieve her dreams in the industry.

Outside of the salon, Yacenia enjoys shopping (even if it’s not always necessary) and unwinding by cooking while watching her favorite TV series. Looking ahead, she aspires to build a loyal client base and, one day, share her knowledge and experiences to mentor other aspiring stylists. Yacenia is motivated by the potential for growth and success in the beauty industry and is determined to create a bright future for herself and others.

Cynthia Morgan

SALON coordinator

Cynthia has been with That Hair Place since 2021, working her way up to the role of salon coordinator, where she has worked closely with the team to help them reach their professional goals. She has taken courses offered through the salon to become a more competent leader and salon coordinator. Currently completing her beauty school education, Cynthia plans to graduate in April. Along with her work as a stylist, she is a skilled makeup artist and plans to focus on bridal hair and makeup, while continuing to refine her expertise in color and extension work within the salon.

Cynthia is deeply passionate about making people feel beautiful and believes in creating lasting connections with her clients. Her warm, approachable personality and strong work ethic make her someone clients can trust to provide a personalized and comfortable experience. She strives to understand her clients' needs and preferences, ensuring each session feels tailored to their unique style.

Outside of work, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her husband and their dogs. She looks forward to expanding her family and cherishing those personal moments. Cynthia is motivated by the relationships she builds with her clients, finding joy in creating connections that go beyond just hair. As she continues her journey as a stylist, she looks forward to transitioning into her role as an associate stylist after graduation. Cynthia is excited to offer her clients an elevated experience as she continues to develop and refine her craft.

Emma hanley-wells

Front desk Assistant

Emma is in her second year of cosmetology school, developing her skills and passion to be a hairstylist. She plans to specialize in balayage and hair cutting after completing her training. Alongside her studies, she works as a front desk assistant, providing a warm and welcoming experience for every client.

Emma is driven by her goal of becoming a professional stylist and takes pride in making clients feel comfortable and valued. She believes beauty enhances what’s already there and enjoys building meaningful connections through her work.

In her free time, Emma loves shopping, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her three best friends and her boyfriend. Her interest in hairstyling began as a young girl, playing with Barbie and Nonnie’s hair, sparking a lifelong passion for beauty and creativity. Emma is excited about her future in the beauty industry and is dedicated to reaching her goals.

Chris Pucino

Hair Stylist

Chris has devoted more than 40 years to the art of hairstyling and barbering. Originating from her time at Corrigan's Salon & Spa, she has diligently sharpened her skills and acquired a wide range of expertise.

Throughout her career, Chris has continued to expand her level of expertise by pursuing further education with industry-leading brands such as Eufora, KMS, Wella, and Redken. This dedication to learning has allowed her to consistently meet and exceed her clients' expectations.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys the simple pleasures in life. She cherishes the time she spends with her husband and if given the chance, she would spend her days reading a book and basking in the fresh air while tending to her garden.

As an authentically cheerful and considerate person, Chris incorporates her affection for others into her work. Coupled with her experience and dedication to those around her, she will be a valuable addition to our salon team.

Filomena Vona

STYLIST

Meet Filomena, our talented hairstylist joining our team from Corrigan's Salon & Spa. With a wealth of experience from previous positions at Innovations Day Spa and Regis, she's a seasoned professional in the industry.

Originally from Italy, Filomena's love for her roots is evident in her frequent visits to her home country. In addition to her expertise in hair, she also studied clothing design in Italy. When she's not cutting hair, Filomena enjoys spending time with family, shopping, and exploring new destinations. Her passion for helping people look their best shines through in every client interaction. We're excited to have Filomena on board and know she'll be a valuable asset to our team.
