Credit Card on file Policy
To book an appointment at That Hair Place, a credit card on file is required. This will reserve a block of time in our salon schedule and confirms that you are equally committed to the time booked. Your card will not be charged until the time of service. This policy applies to appointments made Online, Over the Phone, and In-Person.
Cancellation Policy
In the event you need to cancel or reschedule, please call the Salon at least 1 DAY in advance to avoid a penalty. All SAME DAY cancellations will be charged 50% of the total service value and NO SHOWS are charged 100% of the total service value.
sustainability Fee
The 4% sustainability fee is a service and technology fee applied to all transactions. This directly supports the salon’s growth and development, allowing us to continue providing you with exceptional service.
Happy Guarantee Policy
Service & Product
We have a happy guarantee on our products! If you are not 100% happy with the Products you’ve purchased, please return the product within 10 days and we will happily apply a full credit to your salon account that can be used towards your next appointment and/or product purchase.
